Transfer pricing & country-by-country (CbC) report

The transfer pricing provisions in India require businesses to maintain extensive documentation for supporting their inter-company pricing, especially with reference to third party transactions, comparable on a contemporaneous basis. This obligation along with the quantum of tax involved and the strategic nature of inter-company pricing, makes it necessary for businesses to maintain a robust and defendable transfer pricing documentation.

Under BEPS Action 13, all large multinational enterprises (MNEs) are required to prepare a country-by-country (CbC) report with aggregate data on the global allocation of income, profit, taxes paid and economic activity among tax jurisdictions in which they operate. This CbC report is shared with tax administrations in these jurisdictions, for use in high level transfer pricing and BEPS risk assessments.

Our team of experts provide comprehensive and tailor-made solutions for all your transfer pricing and CbC reporting needs. We have a dedicated team of transfer pricing professionals who will work closely with you in understanding the business, industry, organizational structure, associated functions and risks involved and accordingly provide solutions, suited to your requirements.
