Prakash promoted the Firm and brings over three decades of experience in business and infrastructure advisory for governments and the corporate sectors in Asia and the Asia Pacific directed at implementing infrastructure projects of client organisations. As a finance professional with considerable stakeholder management skills, Prakash provides advice on government policy formulation, business due diligence, project feasibility studies, financial structuring, contracts negotiation and in managing transactions till closure. Prakash is a subject matter specialist in Public Private Partnership projects and has global expertise in advising government departments and the private sector. Prakash’s transaction advisory experience spans across Australia, Azerbaijan, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyz Republic, Lao-PDR, Malaysia, Middle East, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam.

She is also a POSH Consultant and has been imparting training on employee sensitization and capacity building of Internal Committee.

She has also been involved in banking operations, accounting & compliance issues. Kiran has worked on large size infrastructure projects from beginning to end, assisting client in all finance, tax and accounts functions, as well as associated documentation. Kiran is an Associate Chartered Accountant of India, and has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from Gwalior University

CP has almost four decades of experience in the banking and finance sector and brings extensive experience in operations, credit management, trade finance, foreign remittance, compliance, as well as other banking and foreign exchange related matters to infrastructure and development projects with particular emphasis on policy and regulatory implications on projects. He advises a number of clients pursuing business and contracting opportunities in India and abroad and brings specialist experience in negotiating with banks on arranging credit facilities for projects.
