Prakash Rao promoted the Firm and brings over two decades of experience in Consulting and Corporate / Project Finance Services in India, Australia and the Asia Pacific directed at implementing initiatives of client organisations. As a finance professional with considerable stakeholder management skills, he brings extensive experience in providing a range of strategic and financial advisory services for implementing growth initiatives and delivering successful transaction outcomes for client organisations. Over the last decade, he has been involved in client initiatives in Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand.
He has provided advice on policies, performed due diligence, evaluated transaction feasibilities, assessed risks, raised debt & equity funds, negotiated contracts and managed transaction closure outcomes of clients across the Asia Pacific. He also brings specialist and global expertise in advising government departments and the private sector on Public Private Partnership projects.
Over the last decade, his sector exposure has been across construction, education, energy, healthcare, hospitality, materials, multi-use real estate developments, oil & gas, transportation and the water sectors

Sharad Mathur co-promoted the firm and is a qualified Chartered accountant having more than 20 years of experience in providing professional, consultancy services to various international clients on their operations in India, Middle East, and various parts of Europe. The services provided to various international clients relate to wide areas covering entry strategy, structuring of contracts, direct tax including international taxation & transfer pricing, advice on cross border transactions, indirect tax laws – service tax, VAT, risk analysis, corporate and other commercial laws.
Over the last two decades he has provided services to large sized multinational companies engaged in Manufacturing, Engineering & Architecture. He has vast experience in advising companies in the Oil, Gas & Power, Steel, Ports & Shipyards, Commodity & Retail sectors.

Michael anchors the Firm’s initiatives in Australia and brings over two decades of experience in the government and private sector. He has worked in PwC and Deloitte in the Infrastructure Advisory and Delivery practice and brings a rich experience in procurement planning, probity & compliance and process management of large scale initiatives of client organisations.
He brings strong project management skills with an expert understanding of policies and the regulatory environment in Australia. Michael helps Australian small and medium enterprises explore business opportunities in India and assists the Indian companies identifying the right partners in the Australian market.

Darshan Lal

Darshan Lal is a graduate from the National Defence Academy Kharakvasla, Pune after which he joined the Indian Navy and spent 10 years before taking an early retirement while holding the rank of a Lt. Commander. He has spent over 30 years in the corporate sector with large multi-national companies as a senior executive in various capacities, of which nearly 20 years has been spent at a Board level.
He is currently working / has worked as a Management Consultant in strategic planning and corporate affairs with a number of clients including-Dupont(USA), Monsanto(USA),Dumex(Denmark),St.Gobain(France) Betafence(Belgium),VisitBritain(UK),Praxair(USA), QTS(USA), & Pebble Creek Mining(Canada).
